Catch Up

Let me catch you up on where my life is at right now. Prepare for bullets!

  • I love pork chops. Especially the ones out of the crock pot.
  • I like green beans now! Just not the canned kind. Those are still sick.
  • I read my BoM for 30 minutes every day! It is seriously changing my life.
  • I also go to Crossfit just about everyday and I am embracing the burpees/suicides.
  • I can do boy push-ups now! Holler back on that one because my upper body strength is seriously lacking.
  • I went through the temple! It's super awesome. I try to go at least once every 2 weeks.
  • I went out with the sister missionaries once it was awesome they are REALLY nice.
  • I have been shopping a TON for my mission. I love shopping though :) I also still need a purse. That has been hard. Because you want a cute nice one but you want one that if a robber guy tried mugging you, you wouldn't think oh %$@! no! Not my Michael Kors bag! And then proceed to bludgeon the poor sucker because he obviously did not know what he was getting into trying to take your purse. Seriously though I really hope nobody tries to mug me because either I will freak out and cry, or go all miss congeniality on him.
  • Now that I don't really go anywhere all day I actually get dressed and do my hair. Weird right?
  • I took my dog to the vet for the first time a few weeks ago. He is like me and is totally a champ at getting shots :)
And that's pretty much it. I am way excited to go on my mission :)

Lo and Behold.

I love using terms out of the scriptures when I am just having a normal conversation with somebody! I think it's hilarious. Nobody else probably does but I don't care lol. For example the other day my little brother ticked me off and I called him an uncircumcised jew. In the scriptures that's like pretty rude so I went for it haha! It's also pretty amazing how many scripture mastery's I have memorized or partially memorized because in seminary I NEVER passed off scripture mastery's. This will definitely come in handy on my mission I think. I have been watching the district and for those of you who don't know what that is it's part of the pre-missionary training center process. It's a show where they tape missionaries just going about their daily activities as missionaries. It's an awesome show look it up on LDS.org or mormon.org or something. It makes me excited to go to Ohio! I hope I make friends in the MTC I am really worried about that because I am kind of an introvert. Which is kind of too bad because you are never alone you are always with your companion. I like being alone sometimes. I am also worried I am too sassy. I just say sassy things and I am pretty sure I am going to have to reign that in for 18 months. That could be tricky. I have to do the dishes again today. It sucks. I have no idea how a family of four produces so many flippin' dishes on a daily basis. I probably won't be allowed to say flippin' on my mission. And I probably won't be able to say: bum, crud, stupid, idiotic, moron, loser, whiner-baby, freakin', crappage, shiznit, holly hezbulah, flippin', fetchin', scrub, and uncircumcised jew. That's a little limiting. Not to worry though I can get creative.
